Cruise transfers

Seattle cruise terminal transfers.

From the airport or your door to the gangway, and home again. Private rides for voyages leaving Pier 66 and Pier 91.

Embarkation, simplified

The voyage begins at the curb.

Cruise days bring more luggage, stricter timing, and busier streets than ordinary travel. A private transfer takes those pressures off your shoulders: one vehicle, sized for your bags, going directly to the right terminal.

We connect both of Seattle’s cruise terminals with Sea-Tac, downtown hotels, and homes across the region—and we are there again when you return, ready for the ride home.

How it works

From suitcase to stateroom, without the scramble.

A calm embarkation starts with a clear plan.

    We size the ride

We match the vehicle to your party and luggage, then confirm timing and a tailored quote.

    Straight to the pier

Your chauffeur handles the bags and brings you to the terminal drop-off—then meets you again on disembarkation day.

Two terminals, two different drives

Seattle has two cruise terminals, and it matters which one your ship uses. The Bell Street Cruise Terminal at Pier 66 sits on the downtown waterfront, close to many hotels. The Smith Cove Cruise Terminal at Pier 91 lies to the north, in the Interbay area near Magnolia, and is reached by a different approach. We confirm your terminal when you book and plan the route accordingly.

Seattle’s cruise season runs roughly from spring to fall, and busy sailing days can bring heavy traffic around the piers. Timing your arrival within the embarkation window—and knowing where drop-off happens—keeps the day relaxed.

Disembarkation days need a slightly different kind of planning. Ships usually return early in the morning, guests leave in groups, and the curb outside the terminal can be crowded with cars, buses, and luggage. We agree on a meeting point before you sail, plan around the ship’s scheduled arrival, and allow for the time it takes to collect bags and clear the terminal. If you have a flight that afternoon, we time the ride to Sea-Tac with a comfortable margin, so the end of the voyage feels as unhurried as the start.

Popular cruise transfer routes

  • Sea-Tac Airport to Pier 66 or Pier 91 on embarkation day.
  • Pier 66 or Pier 91 back to Sea-Tac for flights home after disembarkation.
  • Downtown and Eastside hotels to the terminal for pre-cruise stays.
  • Homes in Bellevue, Kirkland, Everett, or Tacoma directly to the ship.

Flying in before your cruise

Many guests arrive a day early and spend a night in the city. We can collect you at the airport through our Sea-Tac airport limo service, take you to your hotel, and return the next morning for the short ride to the pier. If you have time to fill between hotel checkout and boarding, our hourly chauffeur service lets you see a little of Seattle with your bags safely in the car.

Room for everything you packed

A week at sea means large suitcases, and often formal wear and extra bags. A Luxury SUV seats up to six with generous luggage room, and for families or friends sailing together, the Executive Sprinter carries up to thirteen guests. See group transportation for larger parties.

Before you sail

Cruise day questions.

Which terminal does my cruise use?

Your cruise line will specify Pier 66 (Bell Street) or Pier 91 (Smith Cove). Share your booking details and we will confirm it with you.

How long is the drive from Sea-Tac to the cruise terminals?

Often 30 to 45 minutes, depending on traffic and which terminal you are sailing from.

Can you pick us up when the ship returns?

Yes. We plan disembarkation pickups around the ship’s arrival and your onward plans, and confirm the meeting point in advance.

How much luggage fits in the vehicles?

It depends on the vehicle and your party size. Tell us your bag count and we will recommend a sedan, SUV, or Sprinter.
