Event nights in Seattle often mean heavy traffic around SoDo, Seattle Center, and downtown. We plan a drop-off point and a pickup point in advance, so you know exactly where to find your car when the event ends.
The end of an event is when a private car proves its worth. As tens of thousands of people leave at once, rideshare pickup zones fill up and streets around the venue slow to a crawl. Instead of joining the line, you walk to a pre-arranged meeting point and your chauffeur is there. For formal evenings, the arrival matters just as much: stepping out at the entrance of a gala or a concert hall, dressed for the night, without a long walk from a distant garage. We are happy to share the full itinerary—pickup, photos, dinner, the dance, and drop-off—with the parent or guardian who books. Tell us about any expectations you have for the evening, and we will confirm how the night will be handled in your quote. For larger groups of friends, see our group transportation.
Before and after the event
Many evenings include dinner before or a stop afterward. If your plans are open-ended, our hourly chauffeur service keeps the car with you for the whole night. Hosting guests from out of town? Collect them first through our Sea-Tac airport service. Corporate hosts entertaining clients at a game or gala can arrange it through our corporate car service.

We agree on a pickup point in advance, away from the busiest exits when possible, and share it with you before the night.
What if the event runs late?
Events often do. How extra waiting time is handled is confirmed in your quote before you book.
Can parents book prom transportation?
Yes, and we encourage it. The booking parent receives the full itinerary and can share expectations for the evening with us.
Can we add dinner before the show?
Of course. Add as many stops as you like, or reserve hourly service for a more flexible night.
