As-directed service

Seattle hourly chauffeur service.

A car and chauffeur that stay with you. Go where the day leads, stop as often as you like, and never wait for a ride.

Your day, your pace

No fixed route. Just a car that’s always there.

Some days don’t fit a single pickup and drop-off. A string of appointments, an afternoon of shopping, a visit with family across town, a meeting that could end at any moment—hourly service is built for exactly that.

Your chauffeur stays nearby, keeps the vehicle ready, and adjusts to the plan as it changes. Leave your bags and purchases in the car, step out when you arrive, and step back in when you are done.

How it works

Book the time. Shape the day as you go.

Flexible by design, with the details settled up front.

  1. 01

    Outline the day

Share a start time, a rough plan, and roughly how long you will need. We confirm the vehicle and a tailored quote.

  2. 02

    Direct as you go

Add stops, change the order, or linger longer. Your chauffeur follows your lead.

  3. 03

    Finish anywhere

End the day at home, a hotel, a restaurant, or the airport—wherever it naturally lands.

What hourly service means

With as-directed service, you reserve a vehicle and chauffeur for a block of time rather than a single trip. Within that time, you decide where to go. It is the most flexible way to use a private car in Seattle, and often the calmest: no rebooking between stops, no waiting at the curb, no worrying about parking downtown or in busy Eastside shopping districts.

It suits travelers who value their time and people who simply prefer to keep the day open.

There is also a quieter benefit: continuity. The same chauffeur stays with you from the first stop to the last, learning the rhythm of the day as it unfolds. If you mention that lunch might run long, or that you would like to stop for flowers on the way to a relative’s house, the plan simply adapts. Bags, coats, and purchases stay safely in the car between stops, and you step out at each door rather than hunting for a parking space several blocks away. For older family members, visitors unfamiliar with the city, or anyone carrying a lot, that ease makes a real difference.

Days that suit hourly service

  • Multi-stop errands, appointments, and shopping in Seattle or Bellevue.
  • Visiting family in several neighborhoods on a single afternoon.
  • Showing out-of-town guests the city, from Pike Place to Kerry Park.
  • Real estate tours, school visits, or a day spent exploring neighborhoods.
  • Business days with several meetings and uncertain end times.

Combining hourly with other services

Hourly time pairs naturally with other reservations. Begin with an arrival through our Sea-Tac airport limo and keep the car for the rest of the afternoon. Spend a day tasting in Woodinville with our wine tour service, which works on the same flexible principle. For executives, corporate car service often uses hourly blocks for roadshows and client days.

Across the region

Hourly service isn’t limited to the city. We cover Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Mercer Island, and Issaquah and Sammamish, as well as Everett and Tacoma. If your day spans several of those places, tell us and we will help estimate how much time to reserve. Details on waiting and additional time are confirmed in your quote.

Before you reserve

Hourly service, explained.

How does hourly pricing work?

Each hourly reservation is quoted for your plan, with the time block and any additional-time terms confirmed before you book.

Can I change the plan during the day?

Yes. That is the point of as-directed service—add stops, reorder them, or stay longer, within the time reserved.

Can I leave belongings in the car?

You can. Your chauffeur stays with or near the vehicle, so bags and shopping can remain inside between stops.

Can hourly service start or end at the airport?

Of course. Many clients begin with an airport pickup and keep the car for the rest of the day.
