Our Limousine Bus seats up to 24 guests. For smaller parties, the Stretch Limousine carries up to ten; for larger groups, the Executive Mini Coach carries up to 32.
Is there a minimum number of hours?
Party bus and limousine reservations are usually booked for a block of hours. The minimum for your date and vehicle is confirmed in your quote, and approximate starting rates are on our pricing page.
Can you pick up guests from several addresses?
Yes. Share every address with your request and we will plan the order of pickups and the timing between them.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as your date is set. Weekends, holidays, graduation season, and summer Saturdays tend to fill first.
Can the bus wait while we are at dinner or a show?
Yes. Because the vehicle is reserved by the hour, your chauffeur stays nearby between stops. How additional time is handled is confirmed in your quote.
Who should make the booking?
One organizer is best. They receive the full itinerary, share it with the group, and are our point of contact on the night.
