The right vehicle is less about the car and more about the day it has to carry. Three questions usually settle it: how many people are traveling, what is coming with them, and how many stops the itinerary holds.
| Group | Usually the right fit | Good for |
| 1–3 guests | Executive Sedan or Mercedes-Benz S-Class | Sea-Tac transfers, executive travel, dinners and VIP guests. |
| 4–6 guests | Cadillac Escalade or Chevrolet Suburban | Families, heavier luggage, cruise days, winter trips with gear. |
| 7–13 guests | Mercedes-Benz Executive Sprinter | Wedding parties, teams and wine-country days. |
| Up to 10, celebrating | Stretch Limousine | Weddings, proms, birthdays and nights out. |
| 14–32 guests | Limousine Bus or Executive Mini Coach | Bachelor and bachelorette parties, wedding guest shuttles, corporate groups. |
| 33–56 guests | Motor Coach | Conventions, cruise groups, tours and long-distance day trips. |
When luggage decides
Capacity is counted in guests, but bags matter just as much. Four travelers with two large suitcases each are often happier in an SUV than a sedan; a cruise party with luggage for a week may be more comfortable in the Sprinter. Tell us what is coming along and we will suggest the fit.
When the group is split
Some days work better with two vehicles than one: a wedding couple in the S-Class with the party following in the Sprinter, or executives heading to different meetings after a shared airport pickup. We plan coordinated vehicles around one itinerary.
Planning tip: read sedan, SUV or Sprinter? and party bus vs. stretch limousine in our journal.
