What shapes your quote

Two rides in the same vehicle can cost differently. These are the things that move a quote — and every one of them is spelled out in writing before you confirm.
- Vehicle and hours. Larger vehicles and longer days cost more; hourly minimums apply.
- Date and time. Saturdays, holidays, prom and wedding season, and late-night pickups can change the rate or the minimum.
- Route. Distance, extra stops and waiting time are included in the quote.
- Airport and venue costs. Airport fees, parking and tolls, where they apply.
- Gratuity and taxes. Across the industry a chauffeur gratuity of around 20% is common; how it is handled for your ride is shown in your quote, together with applicable taxes.
