Cruise season: private transfers to Pier 66 and Pier 91

Seattle waterfront and the Great Wheel on Elliott Bay

Seattle’s cruise season runs roughly from spring through fall, and American Way Limousine offers private transfers between Sea-Tac, downtown hotels and both cruise terminals, Pier 66 and Pier 91. Here is how to request a pier transfer and plan for a group.

Each year, from roughly spring through fall, Seattle becomes a gateway for cruises heading north. Sailings depart from two terminals: the Bell Street Cruise Terminal at Pier 66 on the downtown waterfront, and the Smith Cove Cruise Terminal at Pier 91, a few miles north near Magnolia and Interbay. American Way Limousine provides private cruise transfers to and from both.

The transfers we arrange

  • Sea-Tac to the pier on embarkation day, timed around your flight and your check-in window.
  • Hotel to the pier for travelers who arrive a day early and stay downtown.
  • Pier to Sea-Tac on disembarkation morning, with room for a comfortable margin before your flight.
  • Pier to home or hotel anywhere in our service area, from Seattle and the Eastside to the North End.

How to request a pier transfer

The most useful details are your ship name, sailing date and terminal, along with your flight information if you are connecting to or from Sea-Tac. Add your passenger count and, importantly, your luggage count, since cruise travelers tend to pack more than most. Send everything through the reservation form and we will confirm a tailored quote before booking.

Traveling as a group

For families, friends and wedding parties sailing together, the Executive Sprinter carries up to 13 guests, keeping everyone together through a busy curb and a crowded terminal approach. Smaller parties can travel in the Executive Sedan (up to three guests) or the Luxury SUV (up to six). Because luggage takes space too, we will help match the vehicle to both your headcount and your bags.

Planning ahead

Terminal approaches can be busy on sailing days, especially when more than one ship is in port. Our Seattle cruise day transportation guide covers timing, luggage and the flow of embarkation and disembarkation mornings in more detail. Whenever your sailing is on the calendar, we are ready to help plan the ride.
