Airport service

Paine Field car service.

A smaller terminal deserves the same careful ride. Private transfers between Paine Field in Everett and homes, hotels, and offices across the region.

The North End airport

Short walks. Easy curbs. A car already waiting.

Paine Field is one of the easiest airports in the region to move through: a compact terminal in Everett, a short distance from check-in to gate, and far less of the congestion that surrounds larger hubs. The ride to and from it should feel just as effortless.

We connect Paine Field with Everett, Mill Creek, Woodinville, Kirkland, and the rest of the Eastside, as well as downtown Seattle. You share the flight; we take care of the timing, the luggage, and the drive.

Why Paine Field

An easier airport for the north and east of Seattle.

Paine Field at a glance

Paine Field sits in Everett, roughly 25 miles north of downtown Seattle. For travelers who live or work in Snohomish County, north Seattle, or the northern Eastside, it can be a far shorter drive than Sea-Tac, and the terminal itself is known for being calm and quick to navigate. Fewer gates mean fewer crowds, and fewer crowds mean the whole trip starts in a better mood.

Because it is smaller, timing works differently. Flights are fewer, so a late pickup can matter more, and arrivals tend to clear quickly. A private car service built around your flight details keeps those small margins comfortable.

It is also worth planning the drive itself. The stretch of I-5 between Everett and Seattle can slow noticeably at commute hours, and I-405 through Bothell and Kirkland has its own rhythm. We look at the time of your flight, the day of the week, and where you are starting from, then suggest a pickup time that leaves room for the unexpected without having you sit at the gate for hours. For early departures, your chauffeur arrives ready and the pickup time is confirmed in advance, so the morning starts quietly.

Where our Paine Field rides go

  • Everett and Mukilteo homes, hotels, and business campuses.
  • Kirkland, Bothell, Woodinville, and Redmond along I-405.
  • Bellevue and Mercer Island for Eastside residents and visitors.
  • Downtown Seattle hotels and residences, south along I-5.
  • Seattle’s cruise terminals, when a flight connects to a voyage.

A choice of airports

Some itineraries fit Paine Field; others need Sea-Tac’s wider network of routes. We serve both, so you can choose the airport that suits the flight rather than the ride. For departures from the south, see our Sea-Tac airport limo service.

Traveling from the north side of the region more generally? Our Everett limo service covers local rides, evenings out, and business days in Snohomish County, while our Kirkland page covers the lakeside Eastside.

Arriving with a group

Family visits and team trips often bring more people and bags than a sedan can hold. A Luxury SUV seats up to six, and our Executive Sprinter carries up to thirteen guests, so everyone leaves the terminal together.

Planning tip: read Paine Field vs. Sea-Tac for North End and Eastside travelers in our journal.
